Large Format Printing and Signage Sydney
Big scale. Bigger impact.
Large format printing covers everything that exceeds a standard press sheet. Wall graphics that transform a retail fit-out. Window graphics that brand a shopfront. Floor graphics that direct foot traffic. Hoarding panels that turn a construction site into a marketing opportunity. We produce all of it in-house on UV flatbed, roll-fed inkjet, solvent and latex equipment, then cut, finish and prepare for installation on the same production floor.
Choosing the Right Large Format Method
Large Format Applications
Wall graphics
Printed vinyl, fabric or wallpaper applied to interior walls. Used in retail stores, offices, display suites, hotel lobbies and event spaces. We print, laminate and contour-cut wall graphics in-house. Full wall murals, branded feature panels and wayfinding graphics are all standard production. View wall graphics details.

Wide format printing
The production backbone for large format work. Our wide format equipment handles banners, posters, POS displays, outdoor signage, exhibition panels and any oversized print requirement. Multiple ink systems (UV, solvent, latex, aqueous) cover the full range of indoor and outdoor applications. View wide format printing details.

Substrates and Materials
Our wide format equipment prints on a broad range of rigid and flexible materials. Rigid substrates include foamboard, ACM (aluminium composite), Corflute, acrylic, MDF, plywood, glass and direct-to-board. Flexible substrates include self-adhesive vinyl, banner mesh, fabric, canvas, wallpaper, backlit film, one-way vision film and magnetic sheet. We also cut and shape printed panels on our Zund cutting table and CNC router for dimensional signage and display builds.
Big scale. Bigger impact.
Why We Produce Large Format In-House
Large format jobs involve multiple components: wall panels, floor decals, window films, signage. If those components come from different suppliers, colour consistency and timing alignment become risks. We produce every component on the same floor, colour-matched across substrates, cut and finished to the same deadline. When a display suite needs 15 different graphic elements installed on the same day, they all come from one production run.
Industries That Use Large Format
Property developers use display suite graphics, hoardings and site signage across every project stage. Retail and brand environments require window graphics, POS displays and in-store wall treatments that change with campaigns and seasons. Hospitality venues commission wall murals, menu boards and branded interior panels. Advertising agencies produce campaign signage, billboards and event graphics on tight deadlines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our UV flatbed prints rigid sheets up to 2,500 x 1,250mm in a single pass. Roll-fed equipment prints continuous lengths on flexible media. There is no practical upper limit on roll-fed work; panels are tiled for very large installations.
Yes. Our UV flatbed prints directly onto foamboard, ACM, acrylic, MDF, Corflute and other rigid substrates without the need for a separate vinyl application.
Yes. We laminate floor graphics with anti-slip over-laminates rated for commercial foot traffic. Specific slip-resistance ratings depend on the laminate selected.
We prepare all graphics for installation and work with installation partners for on-site application. For display suite fit-outs, we coordinate production and installation scheduling with the project team.
UV flatbed prints on rigid sheets using ink that is cured instantly by UV light. Roll-fed prints on flexible rolls of vinyl, fabric or paper using solvent, latex or aqueous inks. The substrate determines which method we use.
