Saddle Stitch Binding
Please supply 1 PDF file containing single page PDF pages (no spreads).
Please include a minimum of 3mm page bleed on all edges.
For documents greater than 24 pages it is advised to send through 5mm print bleed on all edges. We may also advise a square back option for these thicker documents as this finish stops the covers from popping open and allows them to flatten out.
Saddle Sewn Binding

Please include a minimum of 3mm page bleed on all edges.
Because the needle punches through the middle pages there are burst marks where the needle pushes through the paper. Acceptable for most people but this can be accentuated by solid, dark colours running along the spine of the centre spread.

Because each new client document has a different thickness it’s best to contact us so we can give you a unique template specific to your order.
When creating a Foil, Emboss or Spot UV it is best to supply these elements as a vector images which will give you the best final result. Colour each process in a unique PMS/Spot colour and then change the PMS/Spot colour to the name that relates to that specific embellishment. This allows us to easily identify what process is required.
