Your brand's essence, revealed the moment it arrives.

Packaging is the first physical contact someone has with your product, your brand or your message. A custom presentation box for a luxury product launch. A wine box for a premium vintage. A bespoke packaging solution engineered from scratch. We design, prototype and produce packaging in-house using our CNC router, case-making equipment, die-cutting and hand-finishing stations.

From Concept to Finished Box

Custom packaging starts with a structural question: what goes inside, how does it open, and what impression does it need to create? Our in-house industrial designer works with your team to develop the structure, test tolerances and produce prototypes before committing to production. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Welcome Pack is a reference example. The brief called for a bento box-style unboxing experience for an influencer campaign. We developed and tested multiple prototypes to solve complex compartment tolerances, ensuring each section opened cleanly for camera. The final pack combined HP Indigo digital print and UV flatbed printing on offset board and E-flute corrugated, with custom die-cutting and spot UV for a high-gloss finish. Delivered on time with no rework.

Packaging We Produce

Four product categories cover the range from simple printed boxes to complex engineered packaging. All are produced in-house.

Presentation boxes and prototyping

Rigid case-made boxes with printed or cloth-covered wraps. Presentation boxes house products, documents or promotional kits in a branded enclosure. We case-make using rigid board wrapped in printed stock, with foiling, embossing and spot UV on the wrap. Prototyping is available for complex structures before committing to production. Standard boxes

Printed and assembled boxes in standard configurations: tuck-end, crash-lock base, sleeve and tray, and hinged lid. Produced from printed board, die-cut and scored for flat packing or assembled. Suitable for product packaging, gift boxes and retail applications. View box printing details.

Wine packaging

Single-bottle and multi-bottle wine boxes, carriers and presentation packs. Wine packaging combines structural requirements (bottle weight, protection during transit) with brand presentation (printed wraps, foiling, embossing). We produce wine packaging for wineries, hospitality venues and corporate gifting. View wine packaging details.

Custom packaging

Bespoke packaging engineered to a specific brief. When standard box configurations do not fit the product or the concept, our industrial designer develops a custom structure. We prototype using our CNC router and Zund cutting table, test the design with the actual product, and refine until the fit, opening mechanism and visual presentation are right. Packaging Construction and Finishing

Packaging shares construction techniques with book binding. Case-made boxes use the same board-covering process as case-bound books. Foiling, embossing and lamination on packaging wraps use the same equipment as cover finishing. White ink on coloured board and raised printing for textured surfaces extend the creative options. Because all of these capabilities sit on the same production floor, a box can be printed, embellished, cut and assembled without leaving the building.

Why We Produce Packaging In-House

Packaging tolerances are tight. A box lid that is 1mm too loose feels cheap. A compartment that is 2mm too small does not fit the product. Getting these tolerances right requires prototyping, testing and adjustment. When the prototyping equipment, the printing equipment and the assembly team are all in the same facility, iterations happen in hours, not days. Our Samsung Galaxy S24 Welcome Pack was prototyped, tested and refined in-house until every compartment opened correctly for camera.

Equipment and capability

CNC router (structural prototyping and production cutting), metal edger (board edge finishing), Zund cutting table (precision die-cutting), case-making equipment (rigid box construction), HP Indigo 15K HD (box wrap printing), SwissQ UV flatbed (direct-to-board printing), foiling and embossing equipment, hand-finishing and assembly stations.

Industries That Commission Custom Packaging

Luxury brands produce premium gift packaging and branded presentation boxes that embody their positioning. Property developers produce presentation packaging for VIP buyer packs and schedule of finishes sets. Retail brands produce product packaging, counter displays and retail-ready boxes. Hospitality venues and wineries produce wine packaging and gift boxes for retail and corporate gifting.Packaging is one strand of our full Commercial Print Capabilities, produced end-to-end in-house.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Prototyping is a standard step for custom packaging. We produce structural samples on our CNC router and Zund table so you can test fit, opening behaviour and visual presentation before approving production.

There is no minimum. Digital printing and in-house case-making mean short runs of 10 to 50 boxes are cost-effective. Setup costs are lower than traditional die-cut packaging because our Zund table eliminates the need for steel rule dies on short runs.

Yes. Our SwissQ UV flatbed prints directly onto rigid board, corrugated and other substrates. For wrapped boxes, we print the wrap on our digital presses and apply it during case-making.

Foiling, embossing, debossing, spot UV, lamination, raised printing and white ink on coloured board. All are produced in-house.

We produce wine packaging and branded gift boxes. We do not produce primary food-contact packaging (the container that directly holds food). Secondary and tertiary packaging (outer boxes, branded wraps, presentation packs) are within our scope.
