Annual Report Printing

Annual reports represent a company to its shareholders, regulators and the public. We produce annual reports that meet the production standards expected by listed companies and institutional stakeholders. Printed and bound at our Marrickville publications facility.

What we produce

Full-colour annual reports, concise reports, sustainability reports, investor presentations and shareholder communications. These range from slim saddle-stitched summaries to thick PUR-bound or case-bound volumes with embossed covers.

We handle both short-run prestige editions (board packs, investor copies) and volume runs for AGM distribution.

Production considerations

Annual report timelines are typically fixed by the AGM date or regulatory filing deadline. We build the production schedule backwards from the delivery date and allow for late-stage text amendments, which are common as financials are finalised.

Colour consistency across the full run is critical, particularly for brand colours on covers and section openers. Our HP Indigo presses maintain calibrated output across the run. For large-volume runs, we manage offset printing through our trusted production partners.

Binding and finishing

PUR binding with a celloglazed cover is the standard format for most annual reports. Prestige editions use case binding with foil-stamped covers. Slim reports use saddle stitching.

Common finishing includes soft-touch celloglaze on covers, spot UV on logos, and foil-stamped titles. These details are expected at the prestige end of corporate communications.

Digital and offset

Short runs (under 500 copies) are printed digitally on our HP Indigo presses. Larger runs are produced via managed offset. We select the method based on quantity, timeline and cost, and manage both pathways in-house.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you handle late text changes?

Yes. We build contingency into the schedule for late amendments. Digital printing allows last-minute changes without plate costs or waste.

What is the typical turnaround?

Allow 5 to 7 working days for print and binding after final PDF approval. Rush production is available for urgent deadlines.

Can you print different versions?

Yes. A prestige board edition and a standard AGM edition can be produced from the same artwork with different cover treatments and binding methods.

Do you handle distribution?

We can dispatch finished reports to multiple addresses. For large AGM distributions, we coordinate with mailing houses.

Can you match our corporate brand colours?

Yes. We profile and proof brand colours before production. Pantone matching is available via HP IndiChrome on digital runs and standard Pantone inks on offset runs.
