Presentation & Gift Boxes
A well-made box turns a product into an experience. We produce rigid presentation boxes, folding cartons and corrugated packaging that protect the contents and elevate the brand. Built at our Marrickville packaging department.
Box types
Rigid boxes with magnetic closures, lift-off lids or book-style openings. Folding cartons that ship flat and assemble on site. Corrugated mailer boxes with branded print inside and out. Slipcases for books, documents and product sets. Drawer-style boxes for luxury products.
Rigid boxes are made from greyboard wrapped in printed paper, cloth or speciality material. Folding cartons are cut and scored from single-wall card. Corrugated packaging uses E-flute or B-flute board depending on product weight.
Finishing
Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch celloglaze and high-build raised printing are all applied to box components before assembly. These treatments transform a plain box into a branded packaging piece.
Inserts and fitments
Foam, card, fabric and vacuum-formed inserts hold products securely. Ribbon pulls, magnetic closures and hidden-hinge mechanisms control the opening experience. Every detail is specified at the prototyping stage.
Applications
Corporate gifting. Product launches and influencer packs. Wine and spirits packaging. Property developer presentation packs. Event welcome boxes. Retail packaging for luxury goods.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between rigid and folding carton boxes?
Rigid boxes are made from thick greyboard and do not collapse. Folding cartons are cut from thinner card and ship flat for assembly. Rigid boxes are more premium; folding cartons are more cost-effective at volume.
Can boxes be shipped flat?
Folding cartons and corrugated boxes ship flat. Rigid boxes are assembled and cannot be flattened without damage.
What is the minimum order?
Rigid boxes are hand-assembled, so runs of 10 to 50 are standard. Folding cartons require a die but scale efficiently above 200 units.
Can the box interior be printed?
Yes. Interior printing is common for branded unboxing experiences. The inside lid, base and side panels can all carry printed graphics.
How long does production take?
Rigid boxes: 7 to 14 working days after prototype approval. Folding cartons: 5 to 10 working days including die manufacture.
