Menu Printing

Menus are handled every service. They need to survive wine spills, food splashes and hundreds of hands while still looking presentable. We produce menus that balance durability with design quality. Printed at our Marrickville marketing collateral department.

What we produce

Single-sheet menus, bi-fold and tri-fold menus, bound menu books, table talkers, cocktail cards, wine lists and tasting notes. Formats range from disposable single-use cards for events through to durable, laminated menus for permanent restaurant use.

We print on our HP Indigo presses for short runs and seasonal updates, and manage offset for volume runs.

Durability options

Encapsulation lamination seals both sides of the menu in heavy-gauge plastic film, making it waterproof, wipe-clean and tear-resistant. This is the standard approach for permanent restaurant menus.

Celloglaze (matt or gloss) protects the surface from fingerprints and light spills but is not waterproof. It suits menus that are replaced seasonally or for venues where the aesthetic matters more than extreme durability.

Seasonal updates

Digital printing means you can update menus without minimum order constraints. A seasonal menu change for 30 covers is as straightforward as a run of 300. No plates, no setup waste.

Stock selection

Heavy card (300gsm to 400gsm) for single-sheet menus. Textured or uncoated stock for a tactile, editorial feel in fine dining. Coated stock for venues where colour vibrancy matters. We advise on the right stock based on the venue style and how often the menu is handled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can menus be wipeable?

Yes. Encapsulation lamination makes menus waterproof and wipe-clean. This is the standard for permanent restaurant menus.

What is the minimum order?

No minimum. We regularly produce runs of 20 to 50 for single-venue seasonal updates.

Can you print a bound wine list?

Yes. Wine lists and tasting menus can be saddle-stitched, wiro-bound or produced as interscrew-bound books with replaceable pages.

How quickly can you turn around a menu reprint?

Standard menus: 2 to 3 working days. Laminated menus: 3 to 5 working days.

Can you print table talkers and tent cards?

Yes. Die-cut and scored table talkers are produced in-house alongside the main menu order.
