Property Presentation Packaging

Presentation packaging turns a collection of sales documents into a coordinated, branded experience. We produce custom boxes, slipcases and presentation folders that hold brochures, floorplans, samples and USB drives in a format that communicates the quality of the development. Produced at our Marrickville property print department.

What we produce

Custom presentation boxes with magnetic closures, lift-off lids or hinged openings. Slipcases that hold a brochure and schedule of finishes as a set. Multi-pocket presentation folders with die-cut slots for business cards. Timber, acrylic and fabric-wrapped boxes for prestige developments.

Each packaging piece is designed to hold the specific documents and samples for that development. We work with the developer or agency to define the contents, then engineer the packaging to fit.

Why packaging matters in property sales

The unboxing moment is part of the sales experience. A buyer who receives a foiled, case-made box containing a layflat brochure, a schedule of finishes and a material sample board perceives a higher level of care than one who receives loose documents in a plastic sleeve.

Presentation packaging is most common at the premium end of the market, but even mid-range developments benefit from a coordinated folder or box that keeps the sales documents together.

Materials and finishing

Greyboard wrapped in printed paper, cloth or synthetic material. Foil stamping, embossing and debossing on box lids and folder covers. Magnetic closures, ribbon pulls and foam inserts for sample holders. All made in-house using our case-making equipment and CNC router.

Prototyping

We produce physical prototypes before committing to a production run. The prototype confirms dimensions, material selection, closure mechanism and insert fit. Changes are made at the prototype stage, not on the production floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce a prototype before the full run?

Yes. We produce a physical prototype to confirm fit, materials and finishing before production. This is standard practice on all custom packaging.

What finishes are available on the box?

Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, soft-touch celloglaze, spot UV and printed wraps. Cover materials include paper, cloth, leather-grain synthetic and timber veneer.

Can the box hold material samples?

Yes. We design foam, card or fabric inserts to hold tile samples, timber swatches, fabric samples and other physical materials alongside the printed documents.

What is the typical run size?

Runs of 20 to 200 are common. Custom packaging is hand-assembled, so unit costs do not drop as sharply at volume as machine-finished products.

How long does production take?

Allow 7 to 14 working days after prototype approval, depending on complexity and finishing requirements.
