Wine & Spirits Packaging

Wine and spirits packaging protects the bottle, presents the brand and creates a gifting experience. We produce single-bottle, double-bottle and multi-bottle packaging in rigid, corrugated and case-made formats. Built at our Marrickville packaging department.

What we produce

Single-bottle presentation boxes, double and triple bottle gift packs, shipper boxes with branded print, magnetic-closure wine boxes, case-made boxes with cloth or printed wrap, and corrugated carriers for multi-bottle sets.

Each packaging piece is engineered to hold the specific bottle dimensions securely. Insert configurations accommodate different bottle shapes and sizes.

Materials and finishing

Rigid greyboard with cloth, paper or synthetic wrap for prestige packaging. Corrugated board with branded print for shippers and carriers. Foil stamping, embossing and debossing on lids and panels. Soft-touch celloglaze for a tactile surface. Ribbon pulls, magnetic closures and custom inserts.

Prototyping

We produce a physical prototype with the actual bottle to confirm fit, protection and presentation. Adjustments are made before the production run.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce packaging for non-standard bottle shapes?

Yes. We engineer the insert and box dimensions around the specific bottle. Prototyping with the actual bottle confirms fit.

What is the minimum order?

Rigid wine boxes are hand-assembled, so runs of 10 to 50 are standard. Corrugated carriers scale more efficiently at higher volumes.

Can the box hold multiple bottles?

Yes. We produce packaging for single, double, triple and six-bottle configurations. Inserts divide and protect each bottle.

Can you produce shipper boxes with branding?

Yes. Corrugated shipper boxes are printed on our UV flatbed with full-colour branding inside and out.

How long does production take?

Rigid wine boxes: 7 to 14 working days after prototype approval. Corrugated shippers: 5 to 10 working days.
