Hoarding Graphics

Hoarding graphics turn construction site boundaries into marketing assets. Printed panels, mesh banners and fence wraps showcase the development brand, artist impressions and project information to passing foot and vehicle traffic. We produce and install hoarding graphics from our Marrickville large format facility.

What are hoarding graphics

Hoarding graphics are large-format printed panels or wraps applied to the temporary barriers around a construction site. They serve a dual purpose: meeting council site safety requirements and marketing the development to the local market.

Graphics are typically printed on rigid composite panels (Dibond or ACM), vinyl-wrapped plywood, mesh banners (for wind-permeable installations) or scaffold wraps.

Applications

Residential and commercial property development site branding. Project renders and artist impressions displayed at street level. Sales information and QR codes linking to the project website. Developer and agency branding. Council-required signage and compliance panels.

Hoarding is often the first marketing touchpoint for a property development project. It establishes the brand before the display suite opens and generates walk-in enquiries from local buyers.

Materials

Rigid panels: printed aluminium composite (ACM) or Dibond. These are durable, weather-resistant and produce a flat, professional surface. Vinyl-wrapped plywood: a cost-effective option for shorter-duration installations. Mesh banners: printed polyester mesh that allows wind to pass through, used on scaffold wraps and elevated fence lines. Self-adhesive vinyl: applied to smooth hoarding surfaces for full-colour graphics.

Durability

ACM panels with UV-resistant lamination last the full duration of a construction programme (typically 12 to 36 months). Mesh banners last 6 to 12 months depending on wind exposure. Vinyl-wrapped plywood lasts 6 to 18 months depending on weather conditions.

Installation

We install hoarding panels across Sydney. Panels are fixed to the hoarding structure using mechanical fasteners or adhesive depending on the substrate. We coordinate with the builder on site access and hoarding readiness.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do hoarding panels last outdoors?

ACM panels with UV lamination last 12 to 36 months in typical Sydney weather. Mesh banners and vinyl wraps have shorter lifespans and may need replacement on long projects.

Can you update panels during the project?

Yes. We produce replacement panels for campaign updates, sales progress messaging or damage replacement. Panels are designed for easy swap-out.

Do you handle council compliance signage?

We produce the printed panels. Compliance content (builder details, DA numbers, safety messaging) is supplied by the developer or builder and incorporated into the hoarding design.

What is the maximum panel size?

Standard ACM panels are produced up to 2.4m x 1.2m. Larger hoarding runs are built from multiple panels joined edge to edge on the hoarding structure.

Can you print mesh banners for scaffold wraps?

Yes. We print on polyester mesh media that allows wind to pass through. This is required for elevated installations where solid panels would create unsafe wind loading.
